Seven Things About Me:

1. I got the name "Bitter Space" from an online name generator. No special meaning whatsoever but turned out i like it because the word "bitter" kinda describes my online persona. Erm, so.. yeah..

Oh shut up now, i said "kinda"!!!

2. I don't like white chocolate and peanut butter.

3. I enjoy baking & cooking and my food tastes OK, even good (really!!) but it usually lacks in.. umm, look department..

4. I love eating so much (some people even would consider me as a glutton, hmmpfhh ) but i still prefer diet to exercise HAHAHAHA!!!

So.. that makes me a glutton AND a sloth.. -____-!!

5. I'm interested in anything/anyone androgynous. I guess this might be a side effect of massive exposure of anime/manga in the past. You know, how you have to guess most characters' gender and then you started to look around to see if you could find one (THE GOOD LOOKING ONE!!!) in real life and it's soo hard (truth hurts! smh) and when you finally able to spot one (i'm still talking about the good looking one) you were like, so ecstatic.. aaaand this continues until now. LOL. This can't be only me, right?? *shrug*

Another rant episode.


I don't have a Blackberry and i am perfectly fine with it.

I don't think i need it and my good old "relic" phone covers all my basic needs (phone call/SMS/MMS/camera/mp3 player/internet browser). Plus, i'm not quite a social butterfly whatsoever. Online and offline. I hang out with few close friends i've known for years; rarely go to parties or any social gatherings; i hate chatting and permanently offline on IM, heck i even deactivated my Facebook account for nearly a year now and i don't miss it.

So it irks me when people keep bugging me to get one. And i was like, "Why?" and they will repeat their fave answer again and again like a broken record.

"It has BBM and you can online 24/7!"

We can chat via IM/text messages and any phone with GPRS can also online.

And some cheapskates with expensive phones and limited data plan (seriously? *scoffs*) then will reply "But it's free with BBM!"

Fine, then i will spend my oh so precious pennies to send you a text message or even a phone call if you're worry about spending money to reply my text. It's all on me.

By the way, about this limited data plan, i find it's quite funny. I mean, some people even SAVE to buy themselves this amazing phone which one of its best features is its easy access of internet yet they decide they can't afford data plan to make the phone works fully at its best so they have this limited data plan where they are only allowed to use BBM, IMs and social networks but NOT browsing. Once i sent a link to a friend and he replied "I can't open it now because i have limited data plan, i'll check it later via my computer after i reach home." And i was like, "D U H. Even my ancient phone can open links ANYTIME i want it, ANYWHERE!". It was such a major WTF moment, really.

Then, as last resort they'll say "But everyone has it!"

Yeah, if you decide to jump off the bridge/eating expired peanut butter using your toes/walk around in town naked, i'm totally with you man, i'd do the same too!

So, it's easier for them to finally assume that i'm just jealous cos i can't afford it because there's nothing, i repeat NOTHING (well, unless the mentioned reason), in this world can or would resist the awesomeness of their phone. Even those Apple fanboys deep down inside know that they really want a BlackBerry! And it's easier (and can shut them up faster) for me to just say, "Too expensive. I can't afford it, even the cheapest type." rather than explaining how i hate the idea of spending my night listening to that thing buzzing or my fear of turning myself into manner-less bitch who type silently under the desk in the middle of face to face conversation. It.. it.. it.. IT JUST DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE!!!

Couple days ago i went for dinner with two friends who both are Blackberry users. To make things worse, both are in love (not with each other though). You know what's gonna happened. I expected i'd eat alone while they both stare at their Crackberries, patiently waiting for that annoying buzz sound, typing sweet nothings to their Romeos in the other end, with their food untouched and by the time i'd finished my meal they'd forced to eat their cold meals and said how happy we were cos we finally get to spend some time together.



Let's socialize! Yay!

But it didn't happen though. Both phones were laid idly on desk. Why?

BECAUSE THERE WAS NO SIGNAL AT THE RESTAURANT AND THEIR BLACKBERRIES KEPT SHOWING "SOS" ICON.

So after a few attempts of waving it in the air, couple of very deeeep sighs, finally came the fake smiles and "Let's spend some quality time" bullshit which i replied "I wish it'd still be dead 'till tomorrow morning MUAHAHAHAHA!"

*sigh*

Really. Smh.

BlackBerry itself is a great product. I bet it's very helpful for.. let's say, marketing people/reporters/businessmen/people with high mobility or just simply ANYONE who enjoys social networks and wants to be connected most of the time. Not me though.

Yet these people abusing it makes me stereotyping the device. And the users, obviously. It feels like, for example, you have nothing against Taylor Swift. You don't love her nor hate her. Neutral. Then come these people playing it all night long loudly, in repeat. At first you're fine with it, then it gets irritating, but still they don't care. They keep playing it inconsiderably even when you're having an exam the next morning or having a headache and need some sleep badly. You know it's not Taylor Swift's fault she's so popular etc but you start thinking she's annoying (or at least her songs are) and the people playing it are some senseless assholes with no manner who care nothing but their own selfish selves and you can't even confront them cos they're always (think they're) right, you know what i mean??? Do you??? Do you??? DO YOU???

*sigh*

I found it couple days ago and it's awesome!

Perfect for camwhoring shots because it can save you hours of editing your face/makeup etc. Waaay easier than Photoshop! Woohoo! You can also add frames, cute icons & accecories ala Purikura. Oh and also cut your head then paste it on random cartoon body and make it a .gif icon!

Actually there are still so many tools and features but you must go see and take a look yourself!

Problem is, it's only available in Mandarin.

So everyone who doesn't speak the language (like me) must go through several trial & error of blind clicking random writings to know what their functions are. However, it's not as difficult as it sounds because most of the tool buttons are provided with icons that pretty much explains themselves.

Okay, it's ALWAYS toasts and ramen. And some coffee.




This is supposed to be vegan ramen, with artificial veggie soup flavoring etc. Tastes like shit yet i bought it anyway to make myself feel less guilty by convincing myself it's healthier so it's okay to consume it like it's the only thing edible in this universe.

No, it's not healthier.

Worse, i can't stop myself to add some cholesterol in it. So yeah, not so "vegan" anymore.
